Anna Sitnikova, Russia / Veronica Pogrebna, Ukraine

Anna Sitnikova was born in Pavlodar (Kazakhstan). In 1994-1998 she studied at he musical college in Alma-Aty, in 1998 she entered the Moscow Conservatory, class of D. Merzhanov.

At the present moment she continues her post-graduate studies at the Conservatory. Laureate of the Republican contest of pianists in Alma-Aty, 1996. Laureate of the Internatonal Contest of pianists named after Sabitov (Ufa, 2002). At the present moment she is concertmaster with the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre, Moscow Conservatory, Bolshoi theatre. She took part in master classes of G. Vishnevskaya, M. Rostropovich, Z. Mehta, Michael Eliassen, D. O'Neill, T. Berganza.

She worked on the production of the musical act «Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme» by R. Strauss, conducted by G. Rozhdestvensky, participated in the Festival of Arts «Le petit» in Dubrovnik, Croatia in 2006 and 2007, Festival of Russian Culture in Bulgaria (Sofia, Varna, Russe 2008).
Veronica Pogrebna - Lialikova, born 2 July, 1980 in Kharkov, UKRAINE

2000 - finished musical school named after B.N. Liatoshynskiy (Kharkov) with Honours.

2000 -2001 – a student of the preparatory course and
from 2001 a student of I. P. Kotliarevskiy Kharkov State University of Arts, class of the assistant professor Lidiya A. Velichko (Stetsiun), Merited Artist of Ukraine.
2006 – graduated from I.P. Kotliarevskiy Kharkov State University of Arts with Honours and joined the post-graduate and probation course at the same university.

2002 -2003 – participated in the Chamber and Organ Music Festivals in Kharkov.

2005 – participation in the festival “S. Rahmaninov and the Ukrainian culture”.

In the opera studio of the university prepared and performed a part of Didona from the opera “Didona and Enei” by Persell and that of the Countess from “The Wedding of Figaro“ by W.A. Mozart.

December 2006 - took part in the Festival dedicated to the 250th anniversary of W.A.Mozart.

May 2007 – a prize-winner of Alchevskiy International Contest for the best performance of romances by Alchevskiy.
February – September 2007 – solo concerts in the Organ Hall, accompaniment by Stanislav Kalinin.

February and June 2008 – solo concerts in the Organ Hall, with the program: “G.Verdi - romances and arias from operas”, organ part by Stanislav Kalinin.

Participation in concerts on permanent basis at the stages of the Organ Hall, Philharmonic Society, the Opera House, the University of Arts, the Polytechnical University and others.

September 2008 –till now - probation experience with the Centre of Opera Singing under Galina Vishnevskaya’s guidance(class of Merited Artist of Russia- Badri Maisuradze), Moscow, Russia.
During this period more than once took part in staging the opera “Tzar’s Bride” by Rimskiy- Korsakov, in which performed the part of Marfa.
Participated in concerts in Rahmaninov Halls, Gnessiny Russian Academy of Music in Krasnogorsk, in the Centre of Opera Singing under Galina Vishnevskaya’s guidance, Moscow, Russia.
In January 2011, toured in recital in Tokyo (Japan). In June 2011, took part in the festival, "War and Peace", dedicated to Mstislav Rostropovich. In September 2012 won the first prize in the competition “Citta di Alcamo” Italy. Desember 2012,the soloist of the fund “Talents of the world”under the direction of David Gvinianidze.Take an active part in the concerts of “Talents of the world”of the best concert halls of Russia,Ukraine,Kazakhstan,Tatarstan,Bashkiria,Mordovia,Udmurtia.Sertember 2013 received the second prize at the All-Russian open contest of Russian Romance in the city of Vladimir.Spring 2014 year big concert tour in the cities of Russia,Kazakhstan and Tatarstan.
